When an order syncs into eSwap, we’ll allocate stock to that order. This means that the part of your inventory put aside and no one else can buy it, but the product is still in your warehouse. When the order is shipped, then the allocation will be removed and stock decreased.
In eSwap are 3 statuses for products.
- Stock – the Physical number of items you have in stock
- Allocated – Items that exists in warehouses but customers can’t buy them.
- Available – Items that are available to sell, this is the number we report to your stores.
