Enable batch tracking for existing product
To enable batch tracking for an existing product first select the product in inventory. You’ll see the Product Summary modal.
Navigate to the Settings tab and mark the product as batch-tracked and click on the Save changes button.
Now you’ll see Assign initial stock to the batch button. Click on it.
You’ll be redirected to another page where you must assign stock and add manufactured and expiration dates for that product.
Now tap on the Save button.
These batch trackings will now be based on sales orders, purchase orders, and stock adjustments they are tied to. To see which documents a batch is associated with go to Inventory -> Batches -> click the batch you would like to view.
