Refund your first order
Once an order has been paid or fulfilled you can easily Refund it.
- Go to the orders page and click on the order you want to refund
- Click More actions, then on the refund button.
- Select qty you want to be restocked and we’ll calculate the amount which should be refunded. (When your order is paid or partially paid).
- We’ll automatically change the status in your store.
- We’ll automatically increase stock QTY on both eSwap and on your selling channel.
