In eSwap, all sales orders will display one of the following statuses.

Draft – At this stage, you just have to create an order and can edit it.

Finalized – At this stage, you can start fulfilling your order. At this stage, the stock will not be deducted from your total stock.

Fulfilled – At this stage, your order is shipped.

Partially Fulfilled – At this stage, your order is shipped partially.

Paid – At this stage, your order is invoiced and paid.

Completed – At this stage, your order is paid and fulfilled.
