Every Created Purchase order should display one of the following statuses.

• Draft – This means that the order has not been made yet and there is no change to your stock level
• Active -In this stage, you will begin to receive goods in your Purchase Order. Once you received all your goods your Purchase Order status will be “Received”
• Received – At this stage, you are not able to edit your Purchase Order because your stock levels are Increased.
